We select apartments that can satisfy the needs of tourists, we suggest how to best be fitted out as cheaply as possible and then manage them with the formula "turnkey". The owners are relieved from any task and can take advantage of the tourist lease, more profitable (collections of more), risk (collections ever before) and non-binding (housing remains at your disposal), without having to worry about the apartments and guests. For the promotion of housing we lean to the main tourist portals, visited daily by tens of thousands of users all over the world, and we have agreements with organizations that manage local events. In this way we give the apartments maximum visibility and avoid the risks of rent direct, unregulated and without warranties. The formula EasyGuest offers owners the opportunity to maximize the revenues of the tourist lease in accordance with the rules and without having to configure as professionals.
There aren't fixed costs: our remuneration is linked to rents and services provided to guests.

We respond in real time to their requests, we welcome them at any time with a nice present food and wine, we are available 24 hours 24, we provide information and operational support, we provide baby sitter, tour guide, chef at home ... and if you want more they just ask, we will try to oblige.
